Job Description
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications/modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Create and manage service catalogs, request workflows, and SLA/OLA configurations.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (via REST/SOAP, APIs, or integration tools).
Implement ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform platform upgrades, patches, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (development/administration/consulting).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub .
Experience in implementing at least 2–3 ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
Experience with Service Portal, Scoped Applications, Reporting & Dashboards .
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
Certifications preferred:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / HRSD implementation certifications
