<p><p><b>About the Role : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and possess a deep understanding of both backend development and integration capabilities within the platform.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment to design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations.<br/><br/>- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and GRC.<br/><br/>- Develop and customize ServiceNow components including Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules, and UI Actions.<br/><br/>- Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, SOAP, REST APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.<br/><br/>- Utilize Flow Designer and Integration Hub to build automated workflows and integration processes.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.<br/><br/>- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.<br/><br/>- Implement automated testing using Selenium and support DevOps practices with Git version control.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.<br/><br/>- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and promote best practices in ServiceNow development.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years of software development experience with at least 4 years specializing in ServiceNow application development or product implementation.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated experience with 2 or more ServiceNow modules, preferably including HRSD.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in backend ServiceNow development: Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, Business Rules, and UI Actions.<br/><br/>- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations: Integration Hub, SOAP/REST APIs, Data Sources, Import Sets, Transform Maps.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub for workflow automation.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with DevOps tools including Git and automated testing frameworks such as Selenium.<br/><br/>- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, with strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile metrics.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.<br/><br/>- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
