<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>Position : ServiceNow Developer.<br/><br/>Location : Remote with quarterly visit to Chennai office.<br/><br/>Duration : Full time.<br/><br/>Notice period : Immediate joiner/ Serving notice with less than 30 days/ Notice is less than 20 days.<br/><br/>"Looking for a subject matter expert in CSM including Customer Portal functionality this is a mandatory skill.<br/><br/>Experience with FSM and RSM is a plus".<br/><br/>- Minimum of 5+ experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.<br/><br/>- Exceptional problem solving and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Strong client facing and consulting skills.<br/><br/>- Experience as a developer is must.<br/><br/>- ServiceNow CSM implementation experience.<br/><br/>- Understanding of CSM business domain and ability to translate it into practical ServiceNow solutions.<br/><br/>- Excellent stakeholder/ customer facing skills.<br/><br/>- Experience working with remote teams.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Takes responsibility for overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow platforms.<br/><br/>- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented.<br/><br/>- Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team.<br/><br/>- Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.<br/><br/>- Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance; design and oversee development of testing related work products; lead test remediation cycles.<br/><br/>- Develop and present business case material for senior prospect and customer stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Create and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.<br/><br/>- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects.<br/><br/>- Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents.<br/><br/>- In conjunction with Sales Personnel and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing communicate commitments, expectations, etc in preparation for deployment.<br/><br/>- Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
