<p><p><b>Job Description : ServiceNow Developer CSM Module</b><br/><br/><b>Position : </b> ServiceNow Developer CSM<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 5 to 7 years<br/><br/><b>Employment Type : </b> [Full-Time / Contract / etc.]<br/><br/><b>About the Role : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and experience in implementing and customizing CSM workflows, portals, and integrations.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions and custom applications.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data policies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize the Service Portal for CSM use cases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure best practices are followed in configuration and custom development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CSM module.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of ITSM/CSM processes and ITIL framework.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good problem-solving and communication skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)<br/><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CSM<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile environments<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to other modules like ITSM, FSM, or HRSD is a plus</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
