                         <p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced <b>ServiceNow Flows Developer</b> to lead the design and implementation of automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, particularly within <b>HRSD</b> and <b>Employee Centre PRO</b>, with a focus on building scalable, efficient, and secure automation solutions across ITSM and custom applications.
<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design and Implement Employee Flows using Flow Designer, journey Accelerator, and Employee Center Pro <br/><br/>- Lead the development of ServiceNow Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub spokes.
<br/><br/>- Architect and implement end-to-end automation across ServiceNow modules (<b>ITSM, HRSD, CSM,</b> etc.).
<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
<br/><br/>- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including <b>HRSD</b>, <b>Case </b><b>Management</b> and <b>Life Cycle Events</b>.
<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain custom applications, catalog items, and flow actions.
<br/><br/>- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using <b>REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, </b><b>and MID Server</b>.
<br/><br/>- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
<br/><br/>- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in <b>HRSD</b>, <b>CSM</b>, <b>Employee Center</b>, and <b>Employee Flows</b>.
<br/><br/>- Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
<br/><br/>- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, and Scoped Applications.
<br/><br/>- Proven track record of successful integrations with external systems.
<br/><br/>- ServiceNow certifications (<b>CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM or App Engine</b>) preferred.
<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, or AI Search.
<br/><br/>- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git integration.
<br/><br/>- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
