<p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Employee Flows, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience and the ability to design, build, and implement end-to-end automated workflows across ServiceNow modules.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and implement Employee Flows using Flow Designer, Journey Accelerator, and Employee Center Pro.<br/><br/>- Configure and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules including Case Management and Lifecycle Events.<br/><br/>- Build custom catalog items, scoped applications, and workflow automations.<br/><br/>- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Perform unit testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and documentation.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance policies.<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Skills :</b><br/><br/>- 7+ years of ServiceNow development (Dev + Admin).<br/><br/>- Strong experience in HRSD + Employee Flows / Employee Center.<br/><br/>- Flow Designer & IntegrationHub expertise.<br/><br/>- Proven ability in REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.<br/><br/>- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).<br/><br/>- Hands-on with ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, Scoped Apps.<br/><br/>- Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (HRSD/ITSM/App Engine) preferred.<br/><br/><b>Good-to-Have Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics.<br/><br/>- CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins) with ServiceNow.<br/><br/>- Exposure to CSM, ITOM, GRC, or SecOps modules.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.<br/><br/>- Ability to lead discussions and work independently.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
