Job Description
<p>Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).<br/><br/>- Customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.<br/><br/>- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT for developed solutions.<br/><br/>- Participate in upgrades and patching activities while ensuring system stability.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.<br/><br/>Qualifications :<br/><br/>- 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in ITSM modules.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow ITSM.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS (preferred).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflows, flow designer, catalog items, UI actions, UI pages, and client/server scripts.<br/><br/>- Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or MID Server.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management will be an advantage.<br/><br/>- Good experience with ServiceNow update sets, scoped applications, and performance tuning.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.<br/><br/>- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory; CIS-ITSM certification is a plus.<br/><br/>Required Skills :<br/><br/>- ServiceNow Developer experience<br/><br/>- ITIL processes knowledge<br/><br/>- JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, HTML, CSS, AngularJS<br/><br/>- ServiceNow workflows and integrations<br/><br/>- CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management knowledge<br/><br/>- Problem-solving and communication skills<br/><br/>- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)<br/><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
