<p>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps).<br/><br/>- Build and customize applications using the ServiceNow platform with best practices and standards.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain Service Portal UI components to create user-friendly and efficient interfaces.<br/><br/>- Utilize JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, and REST APIs to enhance functionality and integrations.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.<br/><br/>- Ensure code reusability and componentization to optimize development efforts.<br/><br/>- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve issues efficiently.<br/><br/>- Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.<br/><br/>- Maintain documentation and adhere to compliance and security standards.<br/><br/>- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to the ServiceNow ecosystem.<br/><br/>Required Skills and Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow application development and implementation.<br/><br/>- Proven track record in building complex, scalable applications on the ServiceNow platform.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise with Service Portal development and UI component design.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies (AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS).<br/><br/>- Experience with SOAP and RESTful APIs and integration frameworks.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps modules within ServiceNow.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.<br/><br/>- Ability to work effectively in culturally diverse teams.<br/><br/>- Experience working in Agile software development methodologies.<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications :<br/><br/>- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications.<br/><br/>- Experience with Performance Analytics, Orchestration, or Discovery modules.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.<br/><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
