- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications/modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Create and manage service catalogs, request workflows, and SLA/OLA configurations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (via REST/SOAP, APIs, or integration tools).
- Implement ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (development/administration/consulting).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
- Experience in implementing at least 2–3 ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
- Experience with Service Portal, Scoped Applications, Reporting & Dashboards.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
- Certifications preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / HRSD implementation certifications
