The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on analytics, dashboards, and performance Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules with a focus on Performance Analytics (minimum 2+ years hands-on experience).<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop reports, scorecards, indicators, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain data integrity in all configurations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve platform performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide support, troubleshooting, and optimization for ServiceNow Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.<br/><br/></p><p>- 2+ years of experience specifically in Performance Analytics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mandatory Certification : ServiceNow CSA + Performance Analytics V3 or V4 certification.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of ITIL processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.</p><p><p><br/></p><p><b>Good to Have : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience with Service Portal development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Integration (REST/SOAP APIs).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
