<p><b>Job Description : </b><br/><br/><b>Job Title : </b>ServiceNow Engineer<br/><br/><b>Location </b>: Bengaluru, Pune, Chandigarh, Chennai, Panchkula, Mumbai, Gurugram<br/><br/><b>Experience </b>: 4+ years<br/><br/><b>Notice Period :</b> Immediate joiner<br/><br/><b>Job Overview :</b><br/><br/>The ServiceNow Engineer will manage ServiceNow implementations and custom application development, ensuring smooth deployments, integrations, and maintenance.

The role involves working with ITSM projects and ensuring compliance with ITIL standards while delivering high-quality solutions.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Execute ITSM implementation projects and complete ServiceNow lifecycles.<br/><br/>- Design and develop custom applications in ServiceNow.<br/><br/>- Manage ServiceNow deployments and third-party tool integrations.<br/><br/>- Handle support, maintenance, upgrades, and migrations.<br/><br/>- Apply ITIL standards to evaluate customer needs and industry standards.<br/><br/>- Develop and manage workflows, self-service portals, and service catalogs.<br/><br/>- Work with key ServiceNow features like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.<br/><br/>- Manage data loads, event management, and update sets.<br/><br/><b>Requirements </b>:<br/><br/>- Experience in ITSM implementation projects and ServiceNow lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of ServiceNow custom application development and deployment.<br/><br/>- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in ServiceNow components: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, etc.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with CMDB, workflows, incident and change management.<br/><br/>- Experience with self-service portals, service catalogs, and workflow development.<br/><br/>- Strong ITIL process knowledge for evaluating customer requirements.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/>- ServiceNow, ITSM, Custom Application Design, Deployments, Integrations, ITIL, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, CMDB, Workflows, Incident Management, Change Management, Self-Service Portal, Service Catalog, Flow Designers, Transform Maps, Transform Scripts, Event Management</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
