                <p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead with expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and system integrations.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, ensure smooth integrations with third-party tools, and guide the team toward best practices and process excellence.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB management and tool integrations.<br/><br/>- Ensure CMDB accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with ITIL processes.<br/><br/>- Develop integration solutions between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and create technical documentation.<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.<br/><br/>- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in CMDB architecture, configuration, and maintenance.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs).<br/><br/>- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.<br/><br/>- Experience leading a ServiceNow team or project.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).<br/><br/>- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management modules.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
