<p><p><b>Job Title : ServiceNow Senior Developer / Lead / Architect</b><br/><br/><b>Experience : 5+ to 13 years</b><br/><br/><b>Location : Remote (India)</b><br/><br/><b>Job Type : Full-Time</b><br/><br/><b>Job Description : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are looking for a <b>ServiceNow Senior Developer / Lead / Architect</b> with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and at least one of the following ServiceNow modules : <b>GRC / SecOps / ITOM is required</b>.
The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in implementing and customizing these modules, along with a strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting and integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>This is a remote position based in India, and we are seeking candidates who can join quickly, ideally within 15-30 days.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver solutions that meet their business needs.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the ITSM framework and at least one of the following modules : <b>GRC / SecOps / ITOM</b> is required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.) to customize and extend ServiceNow functionality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST or SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless functionality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that solutions meet the clients specific requirements and objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior developers and ensure best practices are followed within the development team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on new features and modules in ServiceNow, incorporating them into client solutions as appropriate.<br/><br/><b>Key Skills and Experience : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITSM and at least one of the following modules : <b>GRC / SecOps / ITOM </b>is Required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and other tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices within ServiceNow.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to adapt quickly to new modules and learning on the fly to accommodate changing client requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.<br/><br/><b>Additional Requirements : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15-30 days are preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Preferred : ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
