<p><p><b>Position Summary : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and SPM related : </b></p><p><br/>- Contribute to developer tasks, ServiceNow support and sparring with process managers and stakeholders.</p><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and collaboration skills.<br/><br/>- Knowledge on standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.<br/><br/>- Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.<br/><br/>- Monitor day to day technical tasks to deliver them on Skills required : </b><br/><br/>- Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.<br/><br/>- Implementing of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.<br/><br/>- Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.<br/><br/>- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.<br/><br/>- Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.<br/><br/>- Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.<br/><br/>- Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.<br/><br/>- User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.<br/><br/>- Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
