<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Job Title :</b> ServiceNow Tester<br/><br/>Experience : 3 - 8 Years<br/><br/>Notice period : 15 Days<br/><br/>Locations : PAN India<br/><br/>Work Mode : Hybrid<br/><br/>Job Type : FTE/C2H<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>3+ years of hands-on testing experience in ServiceNow platform.<br/><br/><b>Strong understanding of :</b><br/><br/>- Custom App development and testing<br/><br/></p><p>- UI Builder<br/><br/></p><p>- GRC Modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in writing and executing manual test cases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (preferred but not mandatory).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in JavaScript and Glide scripting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of REST APIs and ability to test ServiceNow integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and SDLC.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>1.
Test Strategy and Planning<br/><br/>Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for :<br/><br/>- Custom applications built on ServiceNow<br/><br/></p><p>- UI Builder components<br/><br/></p><p>- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules<br/><br/></p><p>- Third-party and internal integrations<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on completeness, clarity, and testability.<br/><br/>2.
Test Execution & Reporting<br/><br/>Conduct various types of testing, including :<br/><br/>- Functional<br/><br/></p><p>- Regression<br/><br/></p><p>- Integration<br/><br/></p><p>- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze test results to provide meaningful quality metrics and insights.<br/><br/>3.
Test Automation (Good to Have) :<br/><br/>- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development teams to integrate ATF into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring faster feedback and high-quality deployments.<br/><br/>4.
Technical Skills<br/><br/>- Use JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs to test and validate ServiceNow functionality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture to understand potential test impact areas.<br/><br/>5.
Agile/Scrum Participation<br/><br/>- Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and proper test coverage.<br/><br/>6.
