Job Description:

As a SuccessFactors System Design Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.

You will be responsible for guiding projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, and providing expert guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
• Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
• Advice business process improvement on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives
• Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
• Manage the SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the clients’ area of the business; trends associated with the technology functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new
• Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.

As an SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize our clients' HR processes especially in Time Tracking area.Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Your Responsibilities includes:

• Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to the customers.
• Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions like positive and negative time tracking,absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.
• Able to guide the customers, both on site as well as offshore, on the SAP Best Practices for quick win.
• Leading & Conducting Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.
• Lead the customer stakeholders in their Digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP Solution portfolio.
• Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews.
