Requirements Highly skilled and detail-oriented Saesforce Comerce Cloud Developer with 5+ Years of experience.
Designing, integrating, testing, and supporting key features across Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), TikTok integrations, product gating, CRM (SFMC/MCP), and other connected systems.
Design, develop, and maintain features on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) including PDP, PLP, cart, checkout, and product gating flows.
Integrate with TikTok, MCP, CRM, and other external APIs using OCAPI, Postman collections, and data APIs. Implement caching strategies, configuration updates, and performance optimizations to enhance platform stability and responsiveness.
Manage release branches, pull requests, and merge processes across multiple environments (QA, UAT, Production).
Conduct Performance Engineering (PE) testing and collaborate with QA to resolve issues during regression, functional, and load testing.
Troubleshoot defects, sandbox build issues, and API-related errors.
Partner with QA teams on acceptance criteria (AC) validation, test scenarios, and regression planning.
Actively engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demos, and retrospectives.
Provide clear updates on task progress, blockers, and dependencies.
Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, QA Engineers, and developers to ensure smooth and timely story completion.
Participate in code reviews, peer discussions, and technical solutioning sessions.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, wikis, and implementation notes.
Identify and suggest process improvements in peer review workflows, CI/CD automation, and PR visibility.
Contribute to improving sprint velocity by proactively addressing potential risks and dependencies.
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development (controllers, ISML templates, pipelines, jobs).
Familiarity with TikTok, MCP, SFMC, and CRM integrations.
Proficient in API development, Postman, JSON/XML, and related tools.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins pipelines, SAST scans, and CI/CD workflows.
Solid understanding of QA processes, including regression, functional, and performance testing.
Proven experience working within Agile/SCRUM frameworks using Jira or similar tools.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams (product, QA, platform, vendors).
Exposure to Zendesk, Harness pipelines, ContentSquare, and caching strategy optimization.
Experience supporting multi-market/multi-platform rollouts (e.g., US, EMEA, India).
Background in large-scale retail or global e-commerce platforms.
Strong ownership mindset and accountability for deliverables.
Effective communicatorable to escalate blockers and collaborate on solutions promptly.
Team-oriented, with a proactive approach to technical discussions and post-sprint improvements.
