<p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/>Architecture & Solution Design :<br/><br/>- Serve as the Salesforce solution architect to design scalable and maintainable architecture across Mattel's Salesforce Service Cloud org and related integrated third party apps and modules.<br/><br/>- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platform best practices.<br/><br/>- Define and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, integration patterns, and security models.<br/><br/>- Analyze existing solution design and identify opportunities for optimization, better alignment to best practices, and improved functionality for business users.<br/><br/>Development & Configuration :<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.<br/><br/>- Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, and validation rules.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and web services.<br/><br/>Application Support & Enhancements :<br/><br/>- Provide ongoing support for production issues, system performance, and user inquiries.<br/><br/>- Manage release cycles, code versioning, sandbox refreshes, and deployment pipelines.<br/><br/>- Deliver enhancements and bug fixes while ensuring platform stability and adherence to governance standards.<br/><br/>Collaboration & Governance :<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and IT teams to understand business needs and prioritize enhancements.<br/><br/>- Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.<br/><br/>- Guide junior developers and provide mentoring in Salesforce best practices<br/><br/>Communication : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status, risks, and issues.<br/><br/>Problem Solving : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges to ensure smooth project execution.<br/><br/>Stakeholder Management : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requirements.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.<br/><br/>- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and 2+ years in a Salesforce architect or lead developer role or similar experience.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in <b>CPQ</b>.<br/><br/>- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform configuration.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
