SFDC FSL Architect
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand field service processes, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the FSL application.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Analyze business needs and design end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Technical Leadership: Lead the technical aspects of FSL implementations, including system architecture, integration strategies, and data modeling.
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure the FSL application using Salesforce tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Integration Management: Oversee the integration of FSL with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of the FSL implementation to ensure it meets business requirements and quality standards.
Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and guide internal staff through the Salesforce FSL landscape.
Key Requirements:
Experience: At least two end-to-end Salesforce FSL implementations (atleast 8-10 yrs exp in Salesforce).
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and FSL functionality, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to design innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of FSL implementations.
