<br/><br/></p><p>- Preprocess massive structured & unstructured datasets to uncover hidden trends & patterns.
<br/><br/></p>- Build custom models & algorithms from scratch, applying predictive modeling to : <br/><ul><li>Enhance customer experiences</li><li>Boost revenue </li><li>Power user-to-user discovery (matchmaking at scale ) </li><li>Detect & block fraudsters </li></ul><p>- Collaborate with Engineering to deploy your models into real-world matchmaking experiences.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Build tools & processes to monitor model performance and ensure data accuracy.
<br/> <br/><b> What We're Looking For : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 3-5 years of Data Science & ML experience in consumer internet / B2C products.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering (or certification in Data Science).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Machine Learning wizardry : recommender systems, NLP, user profiling, image processing, anomaly detection.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Statistical chops : finding meaningful insights in large data sets.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Programming ninja : R, Python, SQL + hands-on with Numpy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow (or similar).
