<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> DevOps Lead.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Gurgaon ( In office) <b>Experience : </b> 8+ years.<br/><br/><b>Type : </b> Full-time <b>Job Summary : </b> We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic DevOps Lead to drive the development and execution of our DevOps roadmap and manage critical production environments.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in modern DevOps toolsets, cloud infrastructure (with a focus on Azure), containerization, microservices, and high-availability systems Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Define and implement the overall DevOps strategy, including tooling, infrastructure automation, and deployment pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and mentor a DevOps team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for scalable microservices-based applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and manage multi-site, high-traffic, high-availability, and high-performance infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own the production environment ensuring 24/7 uptime, reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform capacity planning, monitoring, and performance tuning to handle concurrent users and peak loads efficiently.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and automate provisioning across cloud environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Managing Applications developed in Node.js, Python, Machine Learning and AI.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with LLMs will be a big plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with software architects to ensure systems are designed for scalability and fault tolerance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish DevSecOps practices for integrating security and compliance into the delivery Skills and Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 8+ years of DevOps experience with a proven track record in strategy, execution, and leadership.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and deployment best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise with major cloud providers, particularly : <br/><br/></p><p>o Microsoft Azure (strongly preferred)<br/><br/></p><p>o AWS<br/><br/></p><p>o GCP.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Azure PaaS services, AKS, App Services, Azure Monitor, and Azure Functions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or ARM templates.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience managing production systems with high traffic and high concurrency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of load balancing, CDN, caching strategies, observability, and incident response.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as : <br/>Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Datadog, New Relic, Azure Monitor, App Insights, Splunk, Loki.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong background in security and compliance, including : <br/><br/></p><p>a.
SIEM tools : Azure Sentinel, Splunk, IBM QRadar.<br/><br/></p><p>b.
Intrusion Detection & Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) : Snort, Suricata, OSSEC, AWS GuardDuty, Azure Defender.<br/><br/></p><p>c.
Vulnerability Scanning and Management : Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience implementing firewalls, network policies, RBAC, IAM, encryption, and secure DevOps pipelines (DevSecOps) Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS, GDPR.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure for global Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-305, AZ-104).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to SRE practices and tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with serverless, service mesh, and event-driven architecture.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
