Remote India.<br/><br/><b>Role Description :</b><br/><br/></p><p>As a Technical Solutions Engineer II, you will provide engineering services and support for end user computing infrastructure and applications.<br/><br/>The Technical Solutions Engineer works with all business units across the organization to provide solutions to their technical needs and is involved when evaluating and implementing new technologies for ShipBob.<br/><br/>The primary focus will be mobile device management, onboarding/offboarding automation, email, collaboration services, and setting hardware standards.<br/><br/>This role reports to Senior Manager, Information Technology.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Do :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Work with all business units to assess technology needs.<br/><br/>- Build implementation plans to introduce new technologies to the organization or reconfigure existing technologies as needed following change management policies.<br/><br/>- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents.<br/><br/>- Design and implement solutions to meet business needs in Azure and other cloud platforms.<br/><br/>- Be the escalation point for issues that are unable to be resolved by 1st and 2nd tier IT support.<br/><br/>- Provide guidance and best practices regarding technologies pertaining to end user computing in a remote-first, cloud-first environment.<br/><br/>- Work closely with the Security team to implement required security measures and controls.<br/><br/>- Be available for on-call escalation support including weekends and holidays.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware and software issues.<br/><br/>- Provide support for Windows desktopslaptops, MacBooks, printers, peripherals, networking infrastructure and other computer related devices.<br/><br/>- Implement automation to remove manual dependencies across all IT functions.<br/><br/>- Provide pertinent input during the change management process.<br/><br/>- Work with 3rd party service providers to resolve issues as needed.<br/><br/>- Participate in periodic maintenance and infrastructure improvement projects after hours, and on weekends.<br/><br/>- Ensure all incidents are tracked in the Jira ticketing system.<br/><br/>- Ensure consistent process implementation across the team through regular communication.<br/><br/>- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Bring To The Table :</b><br/></p><p><br/>- 2+ years designing and implementing end user computing solutions in a cloud first environment.<br/><br/>- 2+ years implementing and administering Microsoft Entra ID in an enterprise environment.<br/><br/>- 2+ years designing and implementing MDM solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Mosyle, JAMF, or AirWatch.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Azure Automation Accounts and Storage Accounts.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of supporting a remote first, cloud first, end user computing environment.<br/><br/>- Proficient in implementing policies and managing devices via Microsoft IntuneEndpoint Manager (compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, AAD Join, Autopilot).<br/><br/>- Advanced Windows and MacOS troubleshooting skills.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of Windows and MacOS best practices (Deployment, Security, Patching).<br/><br/>- Experience packaging and deploying software via Microsoft IntuneEndpoint Manager.<br/><br/>- Experience automating Windows driver installation using manufacturer supplied packages.<br/><br/>- Experience writing, executing, and automating with at least one scripting language (Powershell, Go, Python, Bash).<br/><br/>- This should also include knowledge of source control in a production environment.<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI.<br/><br/>- Knowledge and/or experience implementing SSO and SCIM provisioning for 3rd-Party Applications.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and automation focused on end user computing solutions.<br/><br/>- Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives.<br/><br/>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br/><br/>- Solid Peer-to-Peer training and leadership skills.<br/><br/><b>Nice To Have :</b><br/></p><p><br/>- Azure AZ-900 Certification.<br/><br/>- Experience with creating custom PowerApps.<br/><br/>- Experience with connecting and using various API endpoints such as Microsoft Graph and other 3rd-Party API
