is an IT company involved in development of Farm ERP - Future ready smart Agriculture ERP platform.<br/><br/> We are pioneers in digitizing agriculture since 2001 and have 20+ years of strong experience in Tech powering agribusinesses.<br/><br/> This smart ERP offers digital transformation for any agribusiness, through of advance technologies like IoAT, AI, ML, BI and Block chain.<br/><br/>Farm ERP is a Smart Agriculture ERP platform being used globally in the Agri industry for procurement, processing, supply chain, financial management and data driven analytics.<br/><br/> This highly scalable, configurable, and future ready software platform helps stakeholders to practice Digital Agriculture 4.0 to achieve profitable and sustainable agribusiness.<br/><br/> Farm ERP is being practiced over 500,000 Acres of farmland in more than 20+ countries.<br/><br/> With 23 Modules and 600 + screens, it is a single digital platform which serves 13 agriculture industry segments.<br/><br/><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>- Build, Manage and Convert the B2B sales funnel for Shivrai products.<br/><br/>- Qualify the leads generated through marketing for Shivrai product fit and pricing standards.<br/><br/>- Leverage lead gen channels to find the potential customers, pursue them and convert them.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain good relationship with existing customers to retain and scale them.<br/><br/>- Upsell our product offerings to existing customers to scale them working closely with the customer success team.<br/><br/>- Provide effective product pitches and demos to customers.<br/><br/>- Work with cross functional teams like Marketing and Operations to collate relevant content and implement successful Lead Nurturing Campaigns that leverage multiple to-go-market channels with the Objective of converting Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Ready.<br/><br/>- Responsible for selling the software products and generating revenue as a Direct Sales activity.<br/><br/>- Demonstrate high level of Account management skills; Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets and initiate and maintain regular customer contact and maximize the sales.<br/><br/>- Demonstrate excellent management skills, with a proven ability to track progress and undertake the required follow-up to maximize lead conversion.<br/><br/>- End-to-end ownership of target client search, identification & pursuing the leads to generate revenue.<br/><br/>- Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals.<br/><br/>- Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments.<br/><br/>- Build& maintain high level of Product knowledge and achieve sales targets  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and MBA/PG Marketing.<br/><br/>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br/><br/>- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail<br/><br/>- Well versed with International Sales and open to travel.<br/><br/>- 3+ years experience in B2B product SaaS sales.<br/><br/>EXP: - 3yrs to 6yrs<br/><br/>2 Openings<br/><br/>Notice Period: - Immediate,15days or 1month can apply.<br/><br/>Location: - Pune (Work from Office)<br/><br/>Mode of Interview: - Video conference<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
