<p><p>We are looking for: Software Test Architect,<br/><br/></p><p>Youll make an impact by :<br/><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Test Strategy & Architecture :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Define and evolve the overall test strategy, architecture, and roadmap for complex software systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks and tools across multiple platforms (web, mobile, APIs, cloud).<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish best practices for test design, automation, performance testing, and nonfunctional testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and implement tools for CI/CD pipeline integration with & Collaboration :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to integrate quality across the SDLC.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and guide test engineers and software developers in test automation and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead technical reviews of test automation code and Governance :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Drive quality metrics and KPIs, and ensure quality gates are met across projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement strategies for early defect detection and prevention.<br/><br/></p><p>- Influence the culture of quality within the engineering Improvement :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in test automation, AI-based testing, and QA tooling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct proof-of-concept initiatives and lead the adoption of new tools and techniques.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve the test process and eiciency of QA practices.<br/><br/></p><p>Use your skills to move the world forward :<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-5 years as a Test Architect or Lead Test Engineer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright ,Selenium, Appium, Cypress, , TestNG, JUnit, REST Assured).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) and non-functional testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with modern development practices such as Agile, DevOps, TDD, and BDD.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in global, distributed teams is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
