<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><br/><p>As a QA Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering teams to ensure the quality of complex algorithms, business features, and integrated systems.
You will focus on developing and maintaining test automation of UI end-to-end tests, API tests, monitoring the CI/CD Jenkins pipeline, and process improvements while working in an embedded manner with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

You will use your technical background and excellent communication skills to deliver quality Tandems products.</p><br/><p><b>Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Work closely with partners within our product development team to antagonistically test Tandem's software and identify issues with new products and features.</p><br/><p>- Ensure products are high-quality by developing, maintaining, and executing automated tests, and communicating with the team on execution reports, issues, risks, and product quality.</p><br/><p>- Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk.</p><br/><p>- Educate Engineering and Product on testing and QA; partner with teams to determine product quality goals and measurement.</p><br/><p>- Champion cross-functional quality and promote a culture of quality across the software development life cycle (SDLC).</p><br/><p><b>Requirements : </b></p><br/><p>- B.
Tech/BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.</p><br/><p>- 3-5 years of experience working on automation technology such as Protractor, Selenium, Testcafe, Cypress, or Appium.</p><br/><p>- Experience with one of the scripting languages, such as JavaScript, Python, Typescript, or Ruby, and/or object-oriented language Java.</p><br/><p>- Exposure to API testing using REST Client, REST Assure, Axios, or Soap UI.</p><br/><p>- Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodology.</p><br/><p>- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.</p><br/><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.</p><br/><p>- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.</p><br/><p>- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your thoughts during verbal and written communications.
