<p><p><b>Job Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle SBC devices to ensure secure and seamless VoIP communication across enterprise networks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage SIP trunking, call routing, and protocol interworking using Oracle SBC solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and troubleshoot SBC performance, network connectivity, and call quality issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with network, telecom, and security teams to implement SBC-related policies and optimize system performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform regular firmware and software upgrades on Oracle SBC appliances to ensure system stability and security compliance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct capacity planning and system scaling to support growing voice traffic demands.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain detailed documentation of SBC configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Respond to and resolve incidents related to SBC infrastructure in a timely manner.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in design and architecture discussions related to VoIP infrastructure and SBC deployments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and industry best practices for SBC and Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Proven experience with Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) configuration, management, and troubleshooting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of SIP protocol, VoIP architecture, and real-time communications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with call routing, SIP trunking, and security features within SBCs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, RTP, TLS, and QoS mechanisms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity, firewall, NAT traversal, and interoperability issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of enterprise voice networks, IP telephony systems, and UC platforms (Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams, etc.) is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with monitoring tools and logging to diagnose SBC performance and call quality issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Relevant certifications in VoIP, networking, or Oracle SBC technologies are advantageous.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
