The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (formerly CloudCraze) and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing e-commerce solutions for our B2B clients.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, B2B commerce processes, and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b>Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.</p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>1.
Solution Design & Implementation :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, Develop, and implement Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions tailored to business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features such as Catalog management, pricing, promotions, order management, product hierarchy, storefront association, account groups, price lists, page labels, and indexing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud with other systems such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.<br/><br/><b>2.
Development & Customization : </b><br/><br/>- Develop custom features, components, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize the user interface to enhance the user experience and align with client branding.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and manage APIs, web services, and middleware for seamless data exchange between systems.<br/><br/><b>3.
Client Collaboration : </b><br/><br/>- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide expert guidance on best practices for B2B commerce on the Salesforce platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.<br/><br/><b>4.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process flows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster continuous improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>-Stay updated with the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features, updates, and industry trends.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in designing and implementing B2B e-commerce solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and data migration tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.<br/><br/><b>Certifications (Preferred) : </b><br/><br/>- Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer Certification (Mandatory)</p><p><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Certified Administrator.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
