This role will focus on delivering secure, performant, scalable, and user-centric web experiences to support high-traffic content, developer engagement, and global marketing initiatives.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities : <br/><br/>- Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress themes and plugins.<br/><br/>- Work within the WordPress VIP platform, ensuring code quality, security, and scalability aligned with VIP's rigorous development standards.<br/><br/>- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, DevOps, and marketing teams to execute on web and CMS needs.<br/><br/>- Implement advanced publishing workflows, multilingual support, and custom Gutenberg blocks to support global marketing efforts.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Optimize the site for SEO, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.<br/><br/>- Conduct code reviews and manage Git-based workflows, integrating with CI/CD pipelines as needed.<br/><br/>- Handle large-scale content migrations and integrations with third-party platforms (CRM, analytics, marketing automation, etc.).<br/><br/>- Translate wireframes and design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.<br/><br/>- Ensure design consistency, usability, and smooth UX across all devices and breakpoints.<br/><br/>- Apply UX principles such as visual hierarchy, user flow, and conversion optimization to enhance site engagement and : <br/><br/>- Master's/Bachelor's degree in an Engineering.<br/><br/></p><p>- At least 4+ years of professional experience in WordPress development, with at least 1-2 years working within WordPress VIP or similar enterprise-grade WordPress environments.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices for marketing and content-heavy websites.<br/><br/>- Expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (including React), HTML5, and CSS3.<br/><br/>- Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD tools.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with WordPress REST API, GraphQL, and headless WordPress architectures.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated experience building performant, responsive, and secure WordPress websites for high-traffic environments.<br/><br/>- Experience working with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to interpret and implement designs.<br/><br/>- Strong ability to navigate WordPress VIP-specific tooling, including VIP CLI, code review requirements, and deployment processes.<br/><br/>- Understanding of SEO, and front-end performance optimization.<br/><br/>- Comfortable working in Agile teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.<br/><br/>Nice to Have : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience integrating with marketing and sales tools (Salesforce).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with enterprise CDN configurations, caching strategies, and observability tools.<br/><br/>- Experience building or supporting developer documentation portals, blogs, or gated content experiences.<br/><br/></p><p>Why SiMa.ai?<br/><br/>At SiMa.ai, we're revolutionizing how Edge AI is developed and deployed across robotics, manufacturing, automotive, and healthcare.
