domains, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Fostering Agile and Lean principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize delivery efficiency.<br/><br/>- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to agreed scopes, timelines, and budgets.<br/><br/>- Conducting project reviews, audits and tracking non-compliances & red flags, and actions.<br/><br/>- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence.<br/><br/>- Guide Project Managers in planning, execution, problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder communication.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery outcomes.<br/><br/>- Handle escalations effectively, build trust-based relationship, providing timely resolutions and maintaining customer confidence.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, delivery quality standards, and organizational policies.<br/><br/>- Regularly track and report project performance metrics to stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with leadership to align delivery strategies with organizational goals.<br/><br/>- Drive process improvements and innovation in delivery methodologies and tools.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications and Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Total 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of experience in a delivery management role.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Agile and latest SDLC/Devops practices.<br/><br/>- Exposure to software services projects within product engineering, applications, cloud, data, AI/ML.<br/><br/>- Good high-level understanding of technology approach, implementation and architectures concepts.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in managing delivery in challenging project environments.<br/><br/>- Very Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration within teams and with customers.<br/><br/>- Experience in managing North American, UK, European customers across diverse industries and project models.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.<br/><br/>- Empathy and emotional intelligence for understanding team and customer sentiments.<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/> Master's degree is a plus<br/><br/>- - - - - - - </p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
