The journey starts here, with you at SITA.<br/><br/><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO :</b><br/><br/>- Analyze the technical requirements and work on Solution design.<br/><br/>- Implementation and development of the requirements received for ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM Products and NowPlatform Capabilities and Integrations<br/><br/>- Ensure the requirements are delivered on time as per Sprint timelines.<br/><br/>- Document technical design and acceptance criteria for the requirements<br/><br/>- Configuration and Customization of ServiceNow platform by following the technical best practices and maintaining platform health.<br/><br/>- ServiceNow Platform upgrades and maintenance activities such as periodic cloning, features deprecation remediation, Patches, data import etc.<br/><br/>- Incidents support to restore all features and functionalities if any issue reported.<br/><br/>- Share and implement innovative ideas in align with our organization roadmap.<br/><br/><b>WHO YOU ARE :</b><br/><br/>- Strong experience with implementation of ServiceNow ITSM applications.<br/><br/>- Implementation experience in any one of the products CSM, ITOM or SPM apart from ITSM.<br/><br/>- Configuration and Customization of the platform using Server and Client-side scripting (Business rules, script includes, Client Scripts, Notifications, UI actions, ACLs etc.)<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of platform administration activities including but not limited to form tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, system clones and version upgrades.<br/><br/>- Experience in building Service catalog items, record producers, order guides and workflows.<br/><br/>- Good at integrating ServiceNow with other 3rd party applications using inbound and outbound web services.<br/><br/>- Experience with ITOM Visibility such as Discovery, CMDB and CSDM Framework<br/><br/>- Knowledge of ITSM processes and key functionalities<br/><br/>- Knowledge of NowExperience Framework, Workspaces and Mobile Applications<br/><br/>- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)<br/><br/><b>WHO YOU ARE :</b><br/><br/>- ITIL v4 certified,<br/><br/>- Any Implementation Specialist Certifications (CIS)<br/><br/>- Knowledge of AngularJS, HTML and CSS<br/><br/>- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Way of Working<br/><br/>- Experience with tools such as : Eclipse, ANT, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence<br/><br/><b>WHAT WE OFFER :</b><br/><br/>We're all about diversity.
