and technical departments.<br/><br/>They provide technical expertise to Sales teams by crafting solutions that align with customer needs and leverage cutting-edge technology effectively.<br/><br/>Were seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Architect to join our dynamic Customer Solutions team.<br/><br/>In this role, youll not only drive solution design at a strategic level but also roll up your sleeves to code, prototype, and validate technical designs where needed.<br/><br/>Youll play a critical role in shaping solutions that address customer challenges beyond our core product offerings.<br/><br/>This is a role for someone who thrives in both designing architectures and diving into technical details, collaborating across teams like Enterprise Architecture, Product closely with Sales to analyze complex business challenges and requirements beyond core product capabilities.<br/><br/>- Design and develop technical solutions hands-on, including proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and technical validations where required.<br/><br/>- Architect innovative solutions that balance customer needs with feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.<br/><br/>- Leverage your deep technical expertise (.NET, Java, Cloud, API design, etc.) to provide guidance and actively participate in technical design reviews.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with SITAs strategy and customer success.<br/><br/>- Prepare and present comprehensive technical proposals, architecture diagrams, timelines, and estimates.<br/><br/>- Identify potential technical risks early and develop mitigation plans.<br/><br/>- Engage with stakeholders to explain and defend solution designs, addressing both technical and business concerns.<br/><br/>- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovation into solution designs.<br/><br/>- Provide detailed solution documentation for a smooth handover to implementation teams.<br/><br/><b>ABOUT YOUR SKILLS :</b><br/><br/>- Proven experience in customer-facing technical sales or solution architecture, with a strong background in pre-sales activities.<br/><br/>- Hands-on coding experience in technologies such as .NET, Java, and modern web frameworks, with the ability to build prototypes and validate designs.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of solution architecture across infrastructure, applications, and integrations (Cloud and On-Premises environments).<br/><br/>- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure and AWS both), including designing cloud-native architectures.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to respond to RFPs and craft compelling, technically sound proposals.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving abilities and a mindset that balances strategic vision with technical detail.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and microservices architecture.<br/><br/>- A passion for staying close to technology while influencing strategic decisions.<br/><br/>- Ability to mentor and coach dev teams on architecture best practices and design patterns.<br/><br/><b>NICE-TO-HAVE :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker/Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g, Angular, React, or Vue.js).<br/><br/>- Understanding of security best practices in solution architecture, especially
