The journey starts here, with you at SITA.<br/><br/><b>PURPOSE : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>Ensures the software is verified against the criteria set out in the functional by defining and executing tests.
<br/><br/><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Plan and implement automation for projects in alignment with the test strategy<br/><br/>- Create high-level test scenarios and maintain complex automation scripts using standard frameworks<br/><br/>- Apply AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance test coverage, test data and defect prediction<br/><br/>- Perform manual exploratory testing and run exploratory sessions with teams<br/><br/>- Execute automation scripts in CI pipelines and investigate failures<br/><br/>- Ensure offshore partners follow standards and procedures<br/><br/>- Actively contribute to the automation framework and suggest improvements<br/><br/>- Provide detailed analysis of testing activities, ensuring defects are logged and managed appropriately<br/><br/>- Ensure traceability of tests to requirements and compliance with audit guidelines<br/><br/>- Specify requirements for test environments, data, tools, and resources<br/><br/>- Mentor junior automation engineers and support their development<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with team members and report progress to management<br/><br/>- Raise issues in project meetings and keep stakeholders informed<br/><br/>- Advise and train the test community on tools, processes, and procedures<br/><br/>- Document best practices and testing techniques for consistency across teams<br/><br/>- Investigate new ways of working and provide feedback to management<br/><br/><b>EXPERIENCE : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar<br/><br/>- ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Test<br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years experience in software development or testing (aviation industry preferred)<br/><br/>- Experience with Python<br/><br/>- Experience in Playwright or Selenium<br/><br/>- Experience with automation frameworks such as BDD, TestNG<br/><br/>- Experience testing APIs (RESTful/SOAP)<br/><br/>- Working experience in DevOps or Agile environments<br/><br/>- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal<br/><br/>- Knowledge of ALM Octane and Azure DevOps<br/><br/>- Understanding of cloud technologies and principles of Agile<br/><br/>- Strong time management and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel<br/><br/>- Provide focused, accurate, and exact data analysis<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain documentation<br/><br/>- Ability to work under pressure<br/><br/>- Ensure knowledge is kept up to date with product : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of ISO 9001 certification</p><p><br/>- Familiarity with MicroFocus toolset</p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>WHAT WE OFFER : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>SITAs workplace is all about diversity, many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce.
