Job Title: Site Architect
Locations: North Goa / Alibaug
Industry: Real Estate / Residential Luxury Villas
Reporting To: Project Director
About the Role
Isprava is seeking an experienced Site Architect to join our dynamic team, focusing on the execution of our luxury villa projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) along with 5+ years of relevant site experience.

This pivotal role involves ensuring that our architectural designs are implemented to perfection on-site, maintaining the exceptional quality and aesthetic standards that Isprava is known for.

You will serve as the key liaison between our design studio and on-ground execution teams.
Responsibilities
Design Custodian: Act as the on-site custodian of design, ensuring strict adherence to architectural drawings, interior layouts, and material specifications.
Construction Oversight: Monitor and guide construction teams to ensure fidelity to design intent across all phases of civil, architectural, and finishing works.
Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and identify any quality or design deviations promptly.
Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal design teams, project managers, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Problem Solving: Resolve on-site architectural challenges by providing practical and design-sensitive solutions.
Documentation Support: Assist in preparing detailed drawings and managing on-site modifications as necessary.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation Maintenance: Keep thorough site documentation, including design changes, approvals, snag lists, and daily reports.
Quality Benchmarking: Assist in quality benchmarking and snagging of completed works prior to handover to clients.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to on-site architectural execution, ideally in premium residential or hospitality projects.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office; technical and construction skills at site level.
Contour Sites Experience: Preference for candidates with contour sites experience.
Required Skills
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in finishes, joinery, and material applications.
Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels from labor to senior leadership.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, design-sensitive, and quality-obsessed environment.
