This role comes with significant growth opportunities, a direct path towards becoming a Sitecore MVP, and the chance to shape advanced enterprise-level solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p><b>Technical Leadership & Delivery :</b></p><br/><p>- Lead software development teams with a strong focus on Sitecore and Microsoft technologies.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with Architects, Delivery Managers, and client stakeholders to define, design, and deliver scalable Sitecore solutions.</p><br/><p>- Own end-to-end technical delivery, from requirements analysis to deployment and optimization.</p><br/><p><b>Architecture & Design :</b></p><br/><p>- Architect, design, and implement solutions aligned with industry best practices and client standards.</p><br/><p>- Drive Headless CMS, SXA, and Sitecore JSS implementations.</p><br/><p>- Define advanced technical strategies around digital experience platforms, personalization, and integration.</p><br/><p><b>Hands-on Development & Code Quality :</b></p> <br/><p>- Provide hands-on coding expertise in Sitecore, .NET, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React).</p><br/><p>- Conduct regular design/code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and scalability.</p><br/><p>- Build reusable frameworks, components, and accelerators for faster delivery.</p><br/><p><b>Team Mentorship & Enablement :</b></p><br/><p>- Guide and mentor developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and quality.</p><br/><p>- Share best practices, conduct knowledge sessions, and help team members grow towards Sitecore certification and MVP tracks.</p><br/><p><b>Requirements :</b></p><br/><p><b>Core Expertise :</b></p><br/><p>- 6+ years of experience in ASP.NET, C#, and Sitecore CMS development.</p><br/><p>- At least 2 full-cycle Sitecore implementations (preferably Sitecore 9/10+).</p><br/><p>- Strong expertise in SQL Server (2008+), Web APIs, Web Services, Ajax, Stored Procedures, Triggers.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in Headless CMS, SXA, Sitecore JSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).</p><br/><p><b>Microsoft Ecosystem & Tools :</b></p><br/><p>- Experience with WCF, LINQ, WPF, Silverlight, Web Parts.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on with unit testing tools, static code analyzers, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent).</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and integration patterns.</p><br/><p><b>Good-to-Haves :</b></p><br/><p>- Exposure to digital marketing solutions, personalization, analytics, and A/B testing frameworks.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of ISMS standards and security-first architecture.</p><br/><p>- Valid visa and willingness to travel for client engagements.</p><br/><p><b>Soft Skills & Growth :</b></p><br/><p>- Strong problem-solving, architecture thinking, and structured design approach.</p><br/><p>- Excellent client-facing communication, documentation, and presentation skills.</p><br/><p>- Creativity, innovation, and the ability to abstract detail into scalable patterns.</p><br/><p>- Desire to grow into a Sitecore MVP and lead thought leadership initiatives.</p><br/><p><b>Why Join Us?</b></p><br/><p>- Work directly with Sitecore MVPs and global leaders in the digital experience space.</p><br/><p>- Opportunity to lead enterprise-grade projects for Fortune 500 clients.</p><br/><p>- Clear growth path towards Sitecore MVP and Architecture leadership.</p><br/><p>- Exposure to cutting-edge Sitecore, .NET, and cloud-native digital platforms.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
