<p>We're looking for an experienced Process Data Consultant to play a critical role in delivering our solutions.<br/><br/> In this customer-facing role, you will own end-to-end deployments, combining technical expertise and business acumen to ensure successful adoption of Skan.ai's platform.<br/><br/> You'll act as the trusted advisor for customers-mapping processes, analyzing data, and driving outcomes that improve performance.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Solution Delivery & Customer Engagement.<br/><br/>- Lead full-cycle implementations-requirements gathering, process mapping, deployment planning, and execution.<br/><br/>- Configure and operationalize Skan.ai solutions, ensuring smooth integration with customer environments and alignment with business goals.<br/><br/>- Serve as the primary technical contact and product expert, providing proactive guidance, timely support, and issue resolution.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver projects on time, with clear ownership of milestones and deliverables.<br/><br/>- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.<br/><br/>- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), enabling customer Centers of Excellence (COEs) and partners through training and knowledge sharing.<br/><br/> Data Analysis & Troubleshooting :<br/><br/>- Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.<br/><br/>- Conduct root cause analysis using advanced data analytics, log analysis, and process insights.<br/><br/>- Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalations to ensure minimal disruption.<br/><br/>- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve solution robustness.<br/><br/> Documentation & Knowledge Sharing :<br/><br/>- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, requirements, and process maps to support scalability and knowledge transfer.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with customer SMEs to validate insights and ensure outcomes align with business objectives.<br/><br/>- Stay up to date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in process intelligence and data analytics.<br/><br/> Qualifications & Skills :<br/><br/> Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Science, or related field.<br/><br/> Experience : 5+ years in consulting, process improvement, ideally with process intelligence, process mining, RPA, or BPM tools.<br/><br/>- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills (statistics, validation, reporting).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with IT systems (Windows, Linux), and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS).<br/><br/> Business Skills: Proven ability to translate process data into actionable insights that align with business objectives.<br/><br/> Project Delivery: Track record of managing multiple customer implementations end-to-end, meeting timelines and ensuring measurable outcomes.<br/><br/> Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging both technical teams and senior executives.<br/><br/> Mindset: Strong ownership, problem-solving orientation, and passion for driving business impact through process intelligence.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
