<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a senior and highly experienced Lead Systems Engineer to own the technical strategy and execution for new customer deployments and major upgrades.<br/><br/>This strategic role is the primary technical authority for validating complex customer environments, architecting seamless connectivity, and ensuring the robust operationalization of all Skan components.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Deployment Strategy & Ownership<br/><br/></p><p>- Own and orchestrate the end-to-end technical execution of new customer Gateway deployments, from strategic planning through to successful completion.<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the subject matter expert in validating customer infrastructure readiness, ensuring all technical prerequisites like networking, compute, and storage are met.<br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with the Deployment department and engineering leadership to define timelines and drive a seamless operationalization process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect and lead the technical execution for upgrading existing largescale customer environments.<br/><br/>- Technical Architecture & Assurance<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and oversee comprehensive end-to-end connectivity testing strategies between the core Skan components (VA, Cloud, and Gateway).<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish and enforce best practices for documenting system architecture, configurations, and deployment procedures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure all customer environments are fully operational and stable following deployments and upgrades.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience<br/><br/></p><p>- 8-10 years in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role, with proven experience in a lead or senior capacity focused on complex, large-scale deployments.<br/><br/>- Technical Proficiency<br/><br/></p><p>- Expert-level experience architecting and managing solutions on cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of complex networking protocols, enterprise firewalls, and modern security best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Advanced proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong, practical knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated skill in scripting and automation to improve deployment efficiency (Python, Bash).<br/><br/></p><p>- Extensive experience with enterprise-grade system monitoring and logging tools.<br/><br/>Core Competencies :<br/><br/></p><p>- Technical Leadership: Ability to effectively manage multiple complex deployments and upgrades while guiding both internal and external technical teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architectural Strategy: Deep infrastructure expertise with the ability to design and implement scalable, robust, and secure system architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills for acting as a trusted advisor to customers and a key partner to internal teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proactive Problem-Solving: A proven ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex infrastructure and connectivity challenges before they impact project timelines.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
