This role involves leading technical streams, mentoring team members, managing project deliverables, and collaborating with clients and onsite coordinators, while handling end-to-end Smart Communications integrations and multi-channel outputs.

Candidates should have strong experience with Smart Communications, Java, XML, and application servers like Tomcat or WebSphere, along with leadership and client-facing skills.</p> <p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead technical streams of Smart Communications (Thunderhead) implementation projects.</li> <li>Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators and customer representatives.</li> <li>Plan, monitor, and report on project deliverables and status.</li> <li>Mentor and guide junior team members on Smart Communications technical skills.</li> <li>Work on end-to-end Smart Communications integrations (appliance setup, custom template selectors, output processors, custom fonts).</li> <li>Design and develop resource files such as Layouts, Stylesheets, Templates, Data Models, Shared Content, and Script libraries.</li> <li>Develop and configure multiple channel outputs (PDF, Email, Postscript, PCL).</li> <li>Monitor and analyze Smart Communications jobs and troubleshoot job failures.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews and manage project revision history.</li> <li>Travel to customer locations as required.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p> <ul> <li>6 8 years of industry experience</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Smart Communications (Thunderhead) for document generation and product customizations.</li> <li>Strong experience with Core Java, JavaScript, and XML.</li> <li>Experience with Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic.</li> <li>Proven technical leadership experience managing teams of 5 10 people.</li> <li>Skilled in effort estimation, performance considerations, task management, client interfacing, and people management.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Agile methodology.</li> <li>Knowledge and experience with enterprise system integration, preferably in insurance domain.</li> <li>Excellent business communication skills with prior client-facing experience.</li> <li>BE/B.Tech/MCA & MBA preferred.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Experience preferred:</b></p> <ul> <li><b>Smart Communications certification.</b></li> <li>Experience integrating Smart Communications with Guidewire full suite products.</li> <li>Experience building a quality-focused culture.</li> <li>Performance management of direct reports in line with organizational policies.</li> <li>Experience training, mentoring, and fostering teamwork across project resources.</li> <li>Participation in organization-wide people initiatives.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:48px"> </p> <p> </p> <p><b>LOCATION </b>Onsite Multiple Locations - PAN India - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar</p> <p> </p> <p><b>EMPLOYMENT TYPE </b>Contract</p> <p> </p> <p><b>ABOUT ACCESS GLOBAL GROUP (www.acsgbl.com<u>)</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Access Global Group is a team of experts in Salesforce Consulting, Support, and Managed Services.
