                <p><p><b>Description :</b> <br/><br/>Role : Senior Manager, PLM Solution Architecture.<br/><br/>Location : Kharadi, Pune.<br/><br/>Life Unlimited.<br/><br/>At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.<br/><br/>The Senior Manager PLM Solution Architecture is responsible to lead team of PLM architects to deliver solutions and services that measurably improve IT and the business R&D KPIs while efficiently/effectively leveraging internal and external IT capability.<br/><br/>What will you be doing ?<br/><br/><b>Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Execution :</b> <br/><br/>- Lead the development and execution of the PLM roadmap in alignment with business priorities.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, publish, and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives.<br/><br/>- Act as a strong negotiator and decision-maker, balancing trade-offs and driving consensus.<br/><br/><b>Team & Stakeholder Management :</b> <br/><br/>- Manage a team of PLM architects, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.<br/><br/>- Engage with stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, and IT to ensure alignment and transparency.<br/><br/>- Lead from the frontbe hands-on when needed and inspire technical excellence.<br/><br/><b>Technical Expertise & Delivery :</b> <br/><br/>- Provide architectural oversight for PTC Windchill and integrated systems (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.<br/><br/>- Drive data migration strategies from legacy PLM systems with a focus on data quality and integrity.<br/><br/>- Ensure architectural integrity and adherence to security and compliance standards.<br/><br/>- Oversee customization efforts including ESI Web and multi-CAD integrations.<br/><br/><b>Service & Operations Management :</b> <br/><br/>- Ensure availability, reliability, and maintainability of Windchill applications.<br/><br/>- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate BAU service delivery.<br/><br/>- Monitor and improve service performance, outage response, and continuity planning.<br/><br/><b>Project & Enhancement Delivery :</b> <br/><br/>- Lead agile delivery of projects and enhancements, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.<br/><br/>- Operate a metrics-based management system to track and report progress.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with IT competency centers and shared services for efficient execution.<br/><br/><b>What will you need to be successful?
