<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>Life Unlimited.<br/><br/>At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.<br/><br/>Join our dynamic team and embark on an exciting journey of innovation and growth as we seek a hard-working and dedicated individual to fill role of Senior ServiceMax Developer.<br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceMax/Salesforce Developer with expertise in SFMs, Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom development to join our team.<br/><br/>This role is focused on hands-on development, implementing solutions based on pre-defined architecture and design provided by a Solution Architect.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and maintainable ServiceMax and Salesforce applications while following best practices and coding standards.<br/><br/>Lets craft the future together!.<br/><br/><b>What will you be doing ?</b><br/><br/>- As a Custom Development: Implement complex SFMs, PM Automation, Inventory, Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript solutions based on technical specifications.<br/><br/>- Code Implementation & Best Practices: Write clean, efficient, and optimized Apex code while ensuring adherence to Salesforce governor limits and best practices.<br/><br/>- Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.<br/><br/>- Workflow Automation: Develop advanced automation using Flows, Process Builder, Custom Triggers, and Batch Jobs.<br/><br/>- Performance Optimization: Optimize SOQL queries, bulk processing, indexing, and async processing for large data sets.<br/><br/>- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, system issues, and code defects using Apex Debug Logs, Event Monitoring, and debugging tools.<br/><br/>- Unit Testing & Code Reviews: Develop Apex test classes with high test coverage and participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality.<br/><br/>- Deployment & Version Control: Utilize SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g , Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket) for deployments and version control.<br/><br/>- Collaboration: Work closely with the Solution Architect, Business Analysts, and Admins to ensure accurate execution of development tasks without taking on solution design responsibilities.<br/><br/><b>What will you need to be successful ?</b><br/><br/><b>Education :</b> Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information :</b><br/><br/>- ServiceMax certificationsServiceMax 101 (Must), ServiceMax 201 (Good to have),Asset 360 (Good to have).<br/><br/>- Salesforce certifications Platform Developer I (Must), Platform Developer II (Good to have), Administrator (Optional), Sales Cloud (Must), Service Cloud (Must), Health Cloud (Good to have), Salesforce Certified Administrator [Must].<br/><br/><b>Competences:</b> Interpersonal skills, Strong analytical skills, self-starter, Organizational agility, SFDC, manual, regression, smoke, automation testing, DevOps, Agile project.<br/><br/><b>Operating Mode:</b> Hybrid: Work from office: 2 days in a week.<br/><br/><b>Experience:</b> Should have 3+ years of experience as a dedicated ServiceMax Developer in enterprise environments.<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Experience working with ServiceMax & Salesforce Security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, etc.<br/><br/>- Expertise in API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth authentication).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, and Flosum.<br/><br/>- Expertise in utilizing the ServiceMax Migration Tool.<br/><br/>- Experience writing scalable and efficient batch processes.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, asynchronous processing (future methods, queues, schedulers), and large data volume handling.<br/><br/>- Ability to follow development standards set by the Solution Architect without taking on design responsibilities.<br/><br/><b>Other reasons why you will love it here :</b><br/><br/>- Your Future: Major Medical coverage + Policy exclusions and insurance non-medical limit.<br/><br/>- Educational Assistance.<br/><br/>- Work/Life Balance: Flexible Personal/Vacation Time Off, Privilege Leave, Floater Leave.<br/><br/>- Your Wellbeing: Parents / Parents in Laws Insurance (Employer Contribution of 8,000/annually), Employee Assistance Program, Parental Leave.<br/><br/>- Flexibility: Hybrid Work Model (For most professional roles).<br/><br/>- Training: Hands-On, Team-Customized, Mentorship.<br/><br/>- Extra Perks: Free Cab Transport facility for all employees, One Time Meal provided to all employees as per shift.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
