<p><p><b>About Snapmint:</b><br/><br/> Snapmint is a leading fintech company redefining access to consumer credit in India.<br/><br/> With over 10 million customers across 2,200+ cities, our zero-cost EMI platform enables responsible purchases without the need for a credit card across categories like fashion, electronics, and lifestyle.<br/><br/> India has over 300 million credit-eligible consumers, yet fewer than 35 million actively use credit cards.<br/><br/> Snapmint addresses this gap by offering a trusted, transparent alternative grounded in financial inclusion and ethical lending practices.<br/><br/> Founded in 2017, Snapmint is a profitable, high-growth company doubling year-on-year.<br/><br/> Our founding teamalumni of IIT Bombay and ISBbrings deep experience from Oyo, Ola, Maruti Suzuki, and prior successful ventures in ad-tech, patent analytics, and bank-tech.<br/><br/> We are building the future of responsible consumer financesimple, transparent, and customer-first.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview.</b><br/><br/> We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR to manage core HR functions within our BPO environment.<br/><br/> The role involves handling bulk recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of people practices and compliance with company policies.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic BPO/Call centre culture.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities.</b><br/><br/> - Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice and non-voice processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).<br/><br/> - Handle employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.<br/><br/> - Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.<br/><br/> - Support in creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.<br/><br/> - Facilitate training & development programs for employees.<br/><br/> - Address employee grievances, ensure disciplinary actions when required, and maintain healthy workplace relations.<br/><br/> - Monitor performance management systems and support appraisals and feedback processes.<br/><br/> - Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain transparent Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or related field.<br/><br/> 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO/Call Center industry.<br/><br/><b>Key Competencies.</b><br/><br/> - Strong knowledge of HR processes in a BPO/Call Centre environment.<br/><br/> - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.<br/><br/> - Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.<br/><br/> - Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.<br/><br/> - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/> Location: Jaipur.<br/><br/> Working days: 6 days working.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
