He is currently heading the Engineering team at Snapmint and looking forward to scale the tech for the next 100M consumers.<br/><br/><b>Job Overview : </b><br/><br/>As an SDEII/III Backend, you will drive the development of scalable, reliable, and performant systems.<br/><br/>You will work closely with product management, front-end engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring alignment with the companys technical and business goals.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Own and drive the design and architecture of complex backend systems.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior engineers (SDE-1/2).<br/><br/>- Identify technical debt and drive long-term engineering improvements.<br/><br/>- Make architecture-level decisions with cross-team impact.<br/><br/>- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security at scale.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders (product, infra, business) to align technical goals.<br/><br/>- Conduct deep design and code reviews, and enforce standards.<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<br/><br/>- 4-8+ years of experience in backend development with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.<br/><br/>- Strong experience with backend language ie.
Node.js.<br/><br/>- Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching systems, and RESTful APIs.<br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or related technical field.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience designing and scaling backend services and APIs.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to own large systems end-to-end with minimal oversight.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Gurgaon (Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39)<br/><br/><b>Work days : </b> Monday Friday<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
