<p><p><b>Note : No candidates from Hyderabad or Andhra Pradesh</b><br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, implement, and manage OpenStack infrastructure and services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deploy and maintain OpenStack components (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hypervisor integration (KVM, QEMU).<br/><br/></p><p>- Automate deployments, upgrades, and scaling with tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor performance, capacity, and resource usage; ensure high availability and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle networking, storage, and compute aspects within the OpenStack environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate OpenStack with other cloud services, identity, security, and logging/monitoring stacks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write scripts and tools for maintenance, orchestration, and self-healing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to align systems and processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Document architecture, configurations, operational runbooks, and best practices.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Technologies :</b><br/><br/>- Strong working experience with OpenStack platforms and modules (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on with Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar IaC/configuration tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of networking (VXLAN, VLAN, GRE, SDN), DHCP, routing, IP addressing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Storage expertise (Ceph, LVM, block, object storage).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of compute virtualization, hypervisors (KVM).<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- API integration, REST, scripting (Python, Bash).<br/><br/></p><p>- Security, identity, authentication (Keystone, RBAC, SSL).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize cluster performance under load.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good written and verbal communication.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative mindset working with cross-functional Conditions :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Must be available during the 10 AM - 7 PM IST shift.<br/><br/></p><p>- Remote work setup with reliable internet connectivity.<br/><br/></p><p>- No candidate should be currently residing in Hyderabad or Andhra Pradesh.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
