Job description

<p><p><b>Position Summary : </b><br/><br/>Softobiz is seeking a highly skilled ERP Change Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations (F&O) with a strong background in property management ERP implementations.

This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, consulting acumen, and organizational change management experience to ensure successful delivery of ERP transformation programs for enterprise clients in the property management sector.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will be able to bridge business needs with technology, drive adoption through structured change initiatives, and ensure ERP solutions deliver measurable value across property management Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/>1.

Client Engagement & Project Leadership : </p><br/>- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects within the property management domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct client discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to capture business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables aligned with client objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with a focus on quality and timely delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Present functional and technical solutions to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between business strategy and ERP implementation.<br/><br/>2.

Technical Implementation & Configuration : <br/><br/>- Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations modules tailored for property management workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop custom extensions, reports, and automations using : <br/><br/></p><p>- AL programming language (Business Central).<br/><br/></p><p>- X++ language (Finance & Operations).<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and manage system integrations with tenant portals, leasing systems, and third-party property management solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead data migration efforts, ensuring integrity and completeness when moving from legacy platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend ERP capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security configurations.<br/><br/>3.

Change Management & User Adoption : <br/><br/>- Develop comprehensive change management frameworks to support ERP adoption across property management organizations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for leasing, finance, and maintenance teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and deliver training programs, workshops, and knowledge assets specific to property management workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive communication strategies and engagement initiatives to secure stakeholder buy-in.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor resistance points and proactively design adoption solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption and business outcomes.<br/><br/>4.

Business Process Optimization : <br/><br/>- Map and analyze property management processes (lease lifecycle, rent roll, CAM reconciliation, maintenance management).<br/><br/></p><p>- Recommend process re-engineering and automation opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for ERP solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with clients to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ERP-enabled workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead post-implementation optimization initiatives to ensure ongoing efficiency and Qualifications : </b></p><br/><b>Technical Skills : </b><br/><br/>- 4+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Finance & Operations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in AL programming (Business Central) and/or X++ (Finance & Operations).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Azure cloud services and API-based integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- SQL Server expertise, including database administration and query optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in data migration strategies and execution.<br/><br/><p><b>Consulting & Change Management : </b></p><br/>- 5+ years of consulting experience with enterprise clients, ideally within property management or real estate.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in ERP change management frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage multi-client, multi-project engagements simultaneously.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.<br/><br/><b>Industry Knowledge : </b><br/><br/>In-depth knowledge of property management ERP workflows, including : <br/><br/></p><p>- Lease administration<br/><br/></p><p>- Rent roll management<br/><br/></p><p>- Common Area Maintenance (CAM) fees<br/><br/></p><p>- Tenant lifecycle management<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintenance operations and financial reporting<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with industry solutions such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of compliance frameworks and accounting standards in property management (preferably including Australian Qualifications : </b></p><br/>- Microsoft certifications : <br/><br/></p><p>- MB-800, MB-820 (Business Central)<br/><br/></p><p>- MB-300, MB-310 (Finance & Operations)<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with property management add-ons (SOFT4RealEstate, Dynamics Property).<br/><br/></p><p>- Certifications in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP) and Project Management (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior real estate or property management industry experience.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
