<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Sr. QA Automation Engineer<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 8+ years<br/><br/><b>Requirement :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>An automation engineer delivers automated solutions for software processes.
As an automation engineer, the individual will work closely with development and product teams to help discover and eliminate problems by gathering requirements and implementing process automation.
Sometimes this will include software, but other times you might be asked to automate service or business processes.<br/><br/>An automation engineer is responsible for the following :</p><p> <br/>- Identify opportunities for automation within software processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Plan, create and manage the overall quality planning strategy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Run tests for databases, systems, networks, applications and software.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify bugs and quality issues in development, service or business processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Install applications and databases relevant to automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development/product teams to understand how automation can improve </p><p>workflow.<br/><br/></p><p>- Gather requirements from clients, customers or end-users to develop the best automation </p><p>solutions.<br/><br/>A detailed understanding of modern SDLC frameworks is required as is the ability to work in an Agile environment.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 8+ years of relevant experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record in a software quality assurance role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrable strong software test automation experience at unit, integration and system </p><p>level.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with automated testing tools, BDD, end-user testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with leading test plan design and strategy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile process and result-oriented culture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience working on Linux-based systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience within CI/CD, DevOps and TDD based environments.<br/><br/><b>Skills Required : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Solid experience with test automation scripting and tools PHP Unit, Jest, Selenium, Postman, Mocha, Chrome Driver, Cypress.<br/><br/></p><p>- HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong SQL, MySQL, knowledge.<br/><br/></p><p>- JIRA product suite, Git/Bitbucket, Confluence.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience working on Linux-based systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with private cloud as well as public clouds such as including Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Amazon AWS, EC2, S3, ACL, EC2, Route53, CloudWatch, security/ ACL.</p><p>Mobile development experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Any exposure to PHP frameworks Laravel, Zend, Symfony will be a value add.<br/><br/></p><p>- Interest or exposure to Blockchain technology is beneficial.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong documentation skills.<br/><br/><b>About Softobiz begins with like-minded people aiming to transform the world together.
