<p>Job Title : Program Manager ERP & Finance Transformation.<br/><br/> Location : Kochi.<br/><br/> Mode : Work From Office.<br/><br/> Position Summary:<br/><br/>- We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead ERP and Finance transformation programs for our enterprise clients.<br/><br/>- This dedicated consulting role will oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations as part of our clients' digital modernization initiatives.<br/><br/>- The successful candidate will work closely with client organizations while representing Softobiz's delivery excellence and consulting methodology.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/></p><p> Program Leadership & Delivery:<br/><br/>- Lead end-to-end ERP and Finance transformation programs for enterprise clients including planning, execution, and delivery.<br/><br/>- Develop comprehensive program roadmaps and timelines aligned with client business objectives.<br/><br/>- Coordinate multiple project workstreams including ERP implementation, data migration, and process optimization.<br/><br/>- Establish program governance frameworks and reporting structures for client and Softobiz stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Manage program scope, timeline, and deliverables in accordance with Softobiz project methodologies.<br/><br/>- Provide regular program updates to both client executives and Softobiz leadership.<br/><br/> Client Relationship Management.<br/><br/>- Serve as primary Softobiz representative for ERP transformation programs.<br/><br/>- Work closely with client senior leadership, department heads, and operational teams.<br/><br/>- Facilitate workshops and steering committee meetings with key client stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Manage relationships with diverse client stakeholder groups across various business functions.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with client IT teams on technical infrastructure and integration requirements.<br/><br/>- Ensure strong client satisfaction and relationship management throughout engagements.<br/><br/> Project Coordination & Quality Delivery:<br/><br/>- Oversee multiple concurrent project workstreams within transformation programs.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with other Softobiz consultants and technical teams working on engagements.<br/><br/>- Manage dependencies and risks across project workstreams.<br/><br/>- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed.<br/><br/>- Facilitate change management and user adoption initiatives specific to client organizational cultures.<br/><br/> Business Process & Change Management:<br/><br/>- Lead business process analysis and optimization initiatives for client operations.<br/><br/>- Coordinate change management activities across client organizations.<br/><br/>- Ensure successful user adoption and training program delivery for diverse stakeholder groups.<br/><br/>- Manage organizational impact assessment and mitigation strategies.<br/><br/>- Support development of new policies and procedures aligned with client business models.<br/><br/>- Facilitate knowledge transfer between Softobiz team and client staff.<br/><br/> Required Qualifications:<br/><br/></p><p> - Program Management Experience - 8+ years of program management experience with large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.<br/><br/>- Proven track record managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations for enterprise clients.<br/><br/>- Experience with finance system implementations and business process optimization in consulting environment.<br/><br/> -Strong understanding of program management methodologies and consulting delivery frameworks.<br/><br/>- Experience managing complex client engagements and multiple project workstreams.<br/><br/>- Consulting & Client Management Skills.<br/><br/>- 3+ years of consulting experience with enterprise clients, preferably in technology implementations.<br/><br/>- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to represent consulting firm professionally and manage client expectations.<br/><br/>- Experience working on-site with clients and managing consulting team deliverables.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of successful program delivery in consulting environment.<br/><br/> Technical & Business Knowledge:<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of ERP systems and finance transformation processes.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations.<br/><br/>- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and technical project coordination.<br/><br/>- Understanding of financial processes including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with various industry operations including property management, trading, or wholesale markets.<br/><br/>- Leadership & Communication Skills.<br/><br/>- Strong leadership capabilities for both client-facing and internal team management.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.<br/><br/>- Experience managing cross-functional consulting teams and coordinating with client teams.<br/><br/>- Ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in consulting environment.<br/><br/></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:<br/><br/>- Program/Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, MSP, or equivalent).<br/><br/>- Experience with Microsoft technology stack and Azure cloud platforms.<br/><br/>- Previous consulting experience across multiple industries including property management, trading, or wholesale operations.<br/><br/>- Change management certification or formal training.<br/><br/>- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies in consulting context.<br/><br/>- Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.<br/><br/>- Engagement Structure.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
