<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><br/><p>Position Title : Power Apps Developer<br/><br/>Experience : 6+ Years<br/><br/>Location : Remote (Work From Home)</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p><b>Power Platform Development :</b></p><br/><p>- Design and develop Power Apps Canvas applications to automate high-complexity business workflows.</p><br/><p>- Create and maintain Power Automate cloud flows to handle process automation and task orchestration.</p><br/><p>- Use Dataverse for data storage and management within the Power Platform ecosystem.</p><br/><p>- Develop basic to intermediate Power BI dashboards to visualize and display integrated data.</p><br/><p><b>System Integration & Data Handling :</b></p><br/><p>- Analyze and gather requirements for master data integration between Line-of-Business (LOB) systems.</p><br/><p>- Integrate Power Platform with external systems using standard connectors or custom connectors when required.</p><br/><p>- Ensure reliable and secure data flow between applications, APIs, and services.</p><br/><p><b>DevOps & Lifecycle Management :</b></p><br/><p>- Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle using Power Platform Pipelines and Managed Environments.</p><br/><p>- Follow internal DevOps practices, version control, and release management to maintain and deploy assets efficiently.</p><br/><p>- Ensure development adheres to SOX compliance and other internal controls.</p><br/><p><b>Testing, Documentation, & Support :</b></p><br/><p>- Prepare technical and functional documentation, including testing plans, user guides, and deployment manuals.</p><br/><p>- Support unit testing, UAT, and hypercare post-deployment.</p><br/><p>- Provide end-user support for developed applications, dashboards, and automation flows.</p><br/><p>- Monitor deployed solutions and handle incidents or enhancement requests in a timely manner.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skillset :</b></p><br/><p><b>Core Technical Skills :</b></p><br/><p>- Power Apps Canvas App Development Advanced</p><br/><p>- Complex screen design, custom controls, role-based access, offline capability, responsive layouts, etc.</p><br/><p>- Dataverse Development and Security Intermediate</p><br/><p>- Entity relationships, business rules, security roles, and permission management.</p><br/><p>- Power Automate Cloud Flows Intermediate</p><br/><p>- Multi-step workflows, error handling, scheduled and event-driven flows.</p><br/><p>- Power BI Development Basic to Intermediate</p><br/><p>- Connectors, DAX basics, data transformation using Power Query, report publishing.</p><br/><p><b>- Integration Skills :</b></p><br/><p>- Experience using out-of-the-box connectors to integrate with :</p><br/><p>- Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel)</p><br/><p>- Non-Microsoft platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow)</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with custom connectors is a plus.</p><br/><p><b>DevOps and Governance :</b></p><br/><p>- Experience working with Power Platform Pipelines and Managed Environments.</p><br/><p>- Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within Power Platform.</p><br/><p>- Working knowledge of source control (e.g., GitHub, Azure Repos) and CI/CD integration.</p><br/><p><b>Nice to Have (Optional) :</b></p><br/><p>- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400, PL-900).</p><br/><p>- Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).</p><br/><p>- Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with Azure services, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions for advanced integrations.</p><br/><p><b>Soft Skills :</b></p><br/><p>- Strong communication and documentation skills.</p><br/><p>- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</p><br/><p>- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.</p><br/><p>- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and end-users.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
