Candidate should be able to analyse and translate business requirements into technical specifications for software development or system implementation projects.</p><br/><p><b>Job Description Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p><b>Requirement Gathering and Analysis : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborating with stakeholders, such as business users, project managers, and development teams, to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conducting workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analysing and prioritizing requirements based on business value, feasibility, and technical and Specification : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Creating clear and comprehensive requirement documents, such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Developing wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visually represent the proposed solutions and user interfaces.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborating with design and development teams to ensure that requirements are well understood and effectively implemented.</p><br/><p><b>Technical Solution Design : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Working closely with technical architects and development teams to design the technical aspects of the solution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Providing insights and recommendations on system architecture, technology selection, and integration approaches.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identifying dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of the proposed solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Stakeholder Communication : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and effectively communicated.<br/><br/></p><p>- Presenting technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.<br/><br/></p><p>- Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Project Management Support : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Assisting project managers in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities related to requirements analysis and solution design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participating in project meetings, providing updates on requirements status, and addressing any issues or risks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Supporting the testing and quality assurance activities by reviewing test plans and test cases, and validating that the implemented solutions meet the defined requirements.</p><br/><p><b>Continuous Improvement and Collaboration : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Identifying process improvements and recommending best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of requirements analysis and solution design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, development, and testing teams, to foster a collaborative and iterative approach to software development.</p><br/><p><b>Domain Knowledge and Technical Expertise : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Acquiring a deep understanding of the business domain, industry trends, and technological advancements relevant to the organization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Staying updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to make informed decisions and you will need to succeed in the role : (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience working in a DevOps environment<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrable experience in ITIL Operations / Service Management<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience of working in agile, lean and cloud environments<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong Web based application development and production support / service recovery experience </p><p>(preferably in banking / financial domain)<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of APM tools e.g. Splunk, AppDynamics<br/><br/></p><p>- A good understanding of the project development lifecycle and project management and planning and experience in managing the architectural elements of a project plan<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach<br/><br/></p><p>- A strong track record of delivery and supporting successful implementations<br/><br/></p><p>- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently for long periods of time and remain focused on delivery of project objectives.

Must be self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and enthusiastic.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with capability to simplify complex technical concepts in to the language of the business and non-technical audience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent understanding of architectural concepts, principles and best practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of methods and practices of systems integration and data management<br/><br/></p><p>- Business Analysis skills including business requirements definition, process flow mapping, architectural schema preparations.
