Job Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys working across the backend (Python/Django) and frontend (React.js) and is curious about applying AI/ML to real-world products.

This is a hands-on role where you will be contributing to architecture decisions, building new features end-to-end, and shaping how AI integrates into our platforms.

As part of our engineering team, you’ll get to work on projects that directly impact customers — from designing intuitive interfaces to deploying AI-driven features like recommendations, automation, or intelligent analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Build and Scale Applications: Develop robust backends with Python & Django/DRF and engaging frontends with React.js.
  

• Work with AI: Integrate AI/ML models into production applications — could be NLP, predictive analytics, or recommendation engines.
  

• API Development: Design and optimize RESTful/GraphQL APIs for seamless integration across services.
  

• Problem Solving: Debug, troubleshoot, and improve performance of web apps, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and fast.
  

• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that delight users.
  

• Best Practices: Write clean, modular, and testable code while following industry best practices.
  

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, bring fresh ideas to technical discussions, and help shape team culture.
  

Who You Are

• Experienced: 3–6 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
  

• Backend Savvy: Strong expertise in Python, Django, and REST frameworks.
  

• Frontend Skilled: Solid experience with React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and UI state management.
  

• AI Curious: Some exposure to AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar) and enthusiasm to learn more.
  

• Database Knowledge: Hands-on with relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL and ORM frameworks.
  

• Modern Development: Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  

• Collaborative: Strong communication skills, proactive in solving problems, and willing to share knowledge.
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  

• Familiarity with MLOps or productionizing ML models.
  

• Knowledge of real-time systems, data streaming, or analytics platforms.
  

• Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects you’re proud of.
