Last Mile DSP Tech (Delivery Service Partner) is a tech organization that provides a broad range of core platform and business tech tooling for all modes and types of transportation needs across last mile.
Using our tech, Amazon moves >10B packages annually delivering to happy customers & businesses globally.
We are looking for passionate and talented Software Engineers who have experience building innovative, large-scale, high volume, and distributed software applications.
Summary of Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
1.
Independently Develop and maintain of key features of the system.
2.
Work with team members to devise design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.
3.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software iteratively and keeping the innovation spirit always on
4.
You will apply knowledge of technology options, technology platforms, and design techniques and approaches to design an integrated solution to address business requirements.
5.
You will interface with other engineers on the team for peer reviews and with a diverse set of customers (Product Managers, Program Managers, business stakeholders etc.) on understanding business objectives, disambiguating business requirements, gathering tech dependencies and delivering solutions.
6.
You are an enthusiast with adopting new AI tools and willing to experiment with ASBX/AI tools to improve development experience , make things more efficient and in the process create great customer experiences.

A day in the life
You will be part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of logistics capacity, partner onboarding, partner life cycle management, platform services and customer experience areas covering visual interface to the back end services.
You will be working with technologies to improve usability and increase resiliency and scalability.
You will translate business requirements to technical deliverables and deliver operationally stable solution that provide good customer experience.
Candidates need to have strong ownership, passion to provide great customer experience and excellent troubleshooting skills.
Experience building resilient web/mobile loved applications and/or web services-based applications is desired.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
