As an SDE-3, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex software challenges.

You will work closely with our product team to build high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Our core technology stack is MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node), and our underlying cloud infrastructure is on and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications using MERN technology stack and AWS cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Work closely with the product team to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure that software solutions meet business needs and customer expectations.</li><li>Lead technical design and architecture of software applications, and ensure that the software development team adheres to best practices and coding standards.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using test-driven development and other software development best practices.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.</li><li>Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.</li><li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, and lead by example in promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities to improve software development processes and practices.</li></ul>Requirements : <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in a senior engineer role</li><li>Extensive experience with MERN technology stack and building scalable web applications using AWS cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, test-driven development, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and code reviews.</li><li>Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs using Node.js and GraphQL/Express.</li><li>Experience with React.js and front-end development best practices.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.</li></ul>What's in for you : <ul><li>Work with a great engineering team.</li><li>Mentored by the best and the brightest.</li><li>Learn and apply cutting-edge tech.</li><li>Be part of a global SaaS growth story.</li></ul>About company : It is an advanced SaaS (Software-as-a-service) platform to automate and digitize warehouses and fulfillment centers.
